
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of RAW cashews
- filtered water
- pinch of sea salt
Equipment:
- High speed blender
- Colander

Cashew Milk
- Soak 1 cup of raw cashews in a glass jar for 12-24 hours
- Rinse soaked cashews in a colander
- Place soaked cashews in high speed blender container
- Add water to blender container until at the 5 cup mark
- Add a pinch of sea salt
- Tightly seal lid on blender container and blend on high for 30 seconds
- Pour cashew milk into glass storage containers, store in refrigerator and use within 1 week
