Homemade Cashew Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of RAW cashews
  • filtered water
  • pinch of sea salt

Equipment:

  • High speed blender
  • Colander

Cashew Milk

  • Soak 1 cup of raw cashews in a glass jar for 12-24 hours
  • Rinse soaked cashews in a colander
  • Place soaked cashews in high speed blender container
  • Add water to blender container until at the 5 cup mark
  • Add a pinch of sea salt
  • Tightly seal lid on blender container and blend on high for 30 seconds
  • Pour cashew milk into glass storage containers, store in refrigerator and use within 1 week
