Hi, I’m Jamie — a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner specializing in gut health and functional nutrition for women who feel bloated, fatigued, or just not like themselves. I’m trained as an NTP with additional certifications as a Restorative Wellness Practitioner (RWP), Certified Functional Hormone Specialist (IC-FHS), and Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist (FBCS). Before moving into nutrition, I worked as a chemical engineer in nutraceutical and pharmaceutical manufacturing, which shaped the data-driven, research-backed approach I use today.

Like many of the women I now support, my own health journey began when my body started sending signals I couldn’t ignore. Through my 30s, I was a competitive cyclist—training hard, traveling across the Midwest for races, and pushing my body in ways that felt empowering at the time. After having my son at 37, everything changed. I experienced hormone shifts, debilitating fatigue, and cycle symptoms I had never dealt with before. Traditional care gave me very few answers, so I turned to functional medicine, nutrition, and a whole lot of self-study to understand what my body truly needed.

That journey taught me two things:

  1. Symptoms are never random — they’re messages.
  2. The gut is often where the real story begins.

With the right support, functional testing, and a balanced approach to nutrition, I rebuilt my energy, stabilized my hormones, and finally felt like myself again. And that’s what I’m here to help you do, too.

Today, I work with women in their mid-30s to mid-50s who are active (or want to be again) but feel held back by bloating, inconsistent energy, and the confusing shifts of perimenopause. Using advanced stool testing, a functional blood chemistry lens, and personalized protocols, I help you uncover the root causes of your symptoms so you can feel vibrant, capable, and connected to your body again.

If you’re ready to understand what’s really going on inside your gut and build a plan that supports your long-term health, I would love to work with you. Book a free 15-minute Discovery Call so we can explore your goals and ensure this approach is the right fit.

And if you’re wondering about the name Daily Bag of Goodness—it started years ago, when I lovingly packed homemade lunches for my husband during a cleanse we did together. Every night, he’d call it his “daily bag of goodness,” and the name—and intention behind it—stayed with us.
