If you’ve been following along for a while, you may have wondered…
“Would working with Jamie actually make sense for me?”
Honestly, that’s a great question.
It’s also one of the biggest reasons I offer complimentary Discovery Calls.
Many people assume the Discovery Call is about deciding whether to hire me.
I actually see it a little differently.
It’s a Conversation
The Discovery Call is an opportunity for me to learn about you.
I want to hear your story, understand what’s been going on, and learn what you’ve already tried.
But it’s also a chance for you to get to know me. I tell people this all the time…
We should probably jive first. 😊
You’re choosing someone who’s going to walk alongside you in your health journey, and that’s an important relationship.
You should feel comfortable asking questions, sharing your concerns, and talking about things you may not even tell your closest friends.
That kind of trust matters.
Who Tends to Be a Good Fit?
Over the years, I’ve noticed that my clients tend to have the best experience working together when they:
- You’ve reached a point where you’d like a clear plan instead of trying to figure it out on your own.
- Are looking for guidance rather than another quick fix.
- Value personalized recommendations instead of one-size-fits-all advice.
- Want sustainable, realistic changes they can maintain long-term.
- You’re ready to stop wondering what to do next and start following one thoughtful, personalized plan.
I also encourage clients to communicate openly about what’s working—and what isn’t—so we can continue adjusting the plan together as your body responds.
Sometimes the Best Answer Is Different
One thing I want people to know is that not every Discovery Call leads to us working together.
Sometimes, after talking through everything, it becomes clear that you’re already on the right path and simply need more time.
Sometimes another practitioner is better suited to help with your particular goals.
And sometimes we both leave the conversation feeling excited about working together.
All of those outcomes are okay.
If I don’t think I’m the best person to help, I’ll happily connect you with another trusted provider. Helping people find the right support is far more important to me than trying to be the right fit for everyone.
My Goal
My goal has never been to convince everyone to become a client.
My goal is to help people find clarity.
Sometimes that means working together.
Sometimes it means pointing you in a different direction.
Either way, I want you to leave our conversation feeling more confident about your next step than when we started.
Because when you stop guessing and have a clear direction, making progress becomes so much easier.
