Hey there, I'm Jamie. I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) with additional training as a: Restorative Wellness Practitioner (RWP), Certified Functional Hormone Specialist (IC-FHS), and Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist (FBCS). I use all of these functional tools to create a truly holistic support plan for my clients to get them feeling optimal again. I believe that our gut health is the window to our overall physical and mental health. This is why gut health is almost always where we start our journey together!
